So I think this guy will be my new TTOC
I decided to make him Catboy since my very first OC for DC, was called like that (the design was pretty awful so I redesigned him).
Okay what I have now is that he will be an Orphan, then work at a circus when he escaped.
His powers... I'm not sure but he will have acrobatic movement, agility and his weapons: whip and claws.
BIG EDIT: The other outfit will be part of Casdi's Outfits, since it looked way too much like him.
Oh he will be team mate of Tim Drake (Robin), Impulse and some others.
He will be part of the young peeps that were part of the first generation! c:
